Hello parents and students, I am Mr. Alan Deleon. This is my fifth year teaching. I am excited for the year and all the learning and fun we will do. Before teaching, I ran the gauntlet as a United States Army Paratrooper and after six years of service parted ways. After my time in the military I worked towards my bachelor's degree from Mercer University. I received my bachelors in English in May of 2019. During my time in school, I worked with teens and kids through my local church and maintained a connection to the younger generation. I am also a locally licensed minister and help in spiritual ways in my community. I am excited to teach and believe God placed us here for a reason.
